(HCM Cityweb) – On the morning Aug 10, 2010, Head of the Organising Committee of the HCMC Party Committee Nguyen Thi Thu Ha and Vice Chairman of HCMC People’s Committee Hua Ngoc Thuan attended the second term (2010 – 2015) Party Congress of Saigon Cultural Products Corporation (SCPC).
Reporting at the congress, Mr.Huynh Van Cuong, General Director of SCPC, said that in the past 5 years, the entire party committee has made efforts and focused on implementing the central goal of the Resolution of the 1st congress with the following results: achieved industrial production value reached 1,428 billion dong, 107%, total import-export value was 82,548,524 USD, 115%, net revenue was 6,901 billion dong, 121%, and profit before tax was 180 billion dong, 114%. SCPC is one of the enterprises runs relatively efficiently, the financial situation is always secure, the value of the enterprise is enhanced, the brand value of the corporation is raised. Generally in the 1st term, the production, trading and profit targets were completed and exceeded the budgets. Regarding to party building, the Party Committee of the corporation awarded the badges of 30 and 40 year party life to 39 comrades, transferred party activity to 111 comrades, received 37 comrades and disciplined 5 comrades. SCPC has admitted 107 new members compared to the first term resolution target of 100 party members. The development of party members is carried out in accordance with the process and regulation of the Party’s charter.
